1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ck334 platform and all its services. By accessing the ck334 website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

In this document, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to ck334, and "you", "user", or "member" refers to the person registered on or using the website.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a conflict, the Bengali version will take precedence.
• ck334 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Continuing to use the platform after amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you disagree with any term, please contact the ck334 support team immediately and stop using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use ck334's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or older.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must have your own personal identification and a valid payment account.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or entity is not permitted.
• Any person who is currently suspended or banned may not open a new account.

ck334 may request identification documents at any time for age verification. If age-related information is found to be false or misleading, the account will be immediately terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Management

A personal account is required to use ck334's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be terminated.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• Providing false information during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

As part of the verification process, ck334 may request a national ID card, passport, or other identification documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

The rules governing financial transactions on ck334 are detailed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally reflected in the account quickly.
• Deposits using another person's mobile banking account are not allowed.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• ck334 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
• ck334 will not be held liable for delays caused by technical issues, but will make every effort to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Payment methods other than those listed above are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

ck334 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. These offers are subject to specific terms, and the platform reserves the right to take necessary action to prevent any form of abuse.

Welcome Bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each offer is governed by its own individual terms and conditions.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be placed under investigation.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Withdrawing from a bonus is not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ck334 must follow the rules below. Detailed rules specific to each game are available in the game interface.

• Once a bet or gaming decision has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game remains undetermined due to a technical error, ck334 may void that round and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or display error will not be considered valid.
• In sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino game, ck334 will determine the correct result based on its records.

ck334 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its discretion, particularly if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck334 and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or exploiting the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or offers.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to introduce malicious code or viruses into ck334's systems or network.
• Reproducing or distributing platform content without permission.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

ck334 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found on the account.
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If documents required for verification are not provided.
• For security purposes in the case of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account termination, it will be returned through the appropriate process after the investigation is complete. If the account is terminated due to fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

ck334 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. SSL encryption is used when accessing the platform, keeping your information secure.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.

• Disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.

In the event of any dispute, the maximum claim will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
